Scope of Responsibilities

• Responsibility for collating technical requisitions for procurement packages.
• Responsibility for leading, coordinating and facilitating bid reviews of vendor quotations for procurement packages.
• Responsibility for technical package management of selected vendors after placement of purchase orders, utilising DPS discipline engineers as necessary.
• Proactive problem solving and dissemination of engineering information to DPS discipline engineers and DPS’s client (for procurement packages).
• Able to work independently and coordinate input from DPS discipline engineers and client support functions (e.g. inspection, expediting, QA/QC).
 
Primary Duties

• Technical package management of vendor procurement packages from RFQ phase through the Ex Works delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Membership of an engineering institution.

Experience & Competency

• Related experience in engineering and project management activities.
• Experience in oil & gas projects, preferably FPSOs.
• Demonstrable experience of working on at least 3 projects of at least USD 15M valve.
• Multi-discipline experience is preferred.

Direct Supervisory Responsibility

• Oversight of package vendor’s activities.
